Shipping policy
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are distinct from shipping fees and are the customers’ responsibility.
Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee of 30%
We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered. Customers will be given a tracking number with their package and should confirm with the carrier that it has been delivered. The customer should make sure that the package has not been mis-delivered to a neighbour or placed in an unexpected place (such as behind a trash can or bush). Stolen packages are a criminal matter and should be brought to the attention of the police with the filing of a police report.
