Wood & Winds is taking a short break - March 21-

Hey there,

For the first time in many years I am taking a proper vacation.

It's been a long road getting to such a stable place in my business. It is still just me running things, with occasional help from friends taking on sanding duty, so I feel conflicted about even temporarily closing the business for this time, but I have decided now is the time to take a chance on doing something I have been dreaming of for a long time: visiting Japan.

I will be checking out the music scene a bit while I am there, but also just checking out the countryside, architecture, maybe learn some joinery. I plan to figure it out while I'm there.

All this to say: I will not be checking emails often, and I will not be fulfilling orders during this time. I will leave a discount running as a thank you for your patience as I get back into production in mid-April.

Thank you for your time, your business, and your interest. I will be back to packing orders and biking them to the post office soon enough.
